Horimasa does all shading with Tebori (see below).
Horimasafs style is exclusively Traditional Japanese.
Tebori is the traditional method of tattooing by hand in Japan.
Rather than using a machine, Tebori is performed with a series of needles bound to the end of a metal rod.
The technique provides a unique look to colour tattoos making them unusually vivid and life like.
